David Lowenstein – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As the CEO and co-founder of Federated Networks, David Lowenstein brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience to the company, having successfully led corporations through transformational growth in the business process outsourcing, education and environmental services industries.
A proven business leader, David was a co-founder and Director at SOURCECORP (NASDAQ:SRCP) from 1994 to 2006 where he served in various senior management positions from the company’s inception, through its 1996 IPO, and 25 straight quarters of +25% EPS growth to its subsequent sale to Apollo Partners. The company was recognized by Forbes as one of the 200 Best Small Companies, and by Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing Public Companies and was also named a Top 100 Hot Growth Company by Business Week.
David is currently Board Chairman of The Princeton Review (NASDAQ:REVU), a pioneer and leader in helping students achieve their higher education goals. An active investor, David has also served as advisor and board member of several public and private companies.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, David holds a Master of Science of Public Policy and Business Administration and received an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sir Wilfred University.
Risu Na – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As CTO and co-founder of Federated Networks, Risu Na is responsible for product architecture and implementation. During the last five years, Risu has been the driving force behind the development and creation of the company’s unbeatable cyber-security solutions.
Prior to joining Federated Networks, Risu was Chief Architect at Learning Library where he led the development team in the creation of state-of-the-art e-learning systems. In 2000, Risu co-founded iSoftech, a cloud-based knowledge management software manufacturer and service provider where he directed the development and deployment of iSoftech’s flagship product ShareMinds™. He’s also held positions at Marketlink as system developer and consultant from 1999 to 2000.
A graduate of Carleton University, Risu has a Master of Arts in International Affairs and received a Bachelor of Laws from Renmin University.
